题目：An Open Problem on Shannon Sampling for Random Fields
摘要：In the literature, Claude Shannon, the man who popularized sampling theory in the engineering community in the last century, introduced the sampling series in the context of communication in the landmark paper in 1949. By now, sampling theorem plays a crucial role in signal processing and communications. With honors shared by Shannon with the radar pioneer and originator of signal detection theory, sampling theory has grown to be an independent area. In this talk, we give an open problem on Shannon sampling for random fields.
简 介：宋占杰教授，天津大学电视与图像信息研究所副所长，天津大学智能科技与安全研究院副院长。天津大学数学学院教授并兼任天津大学佐治亚理工深圳学院智能信号处理与数据分析科研中心研究员、天津市类脑智能技术重点实验室研究员，信号与信息处理专业、概率论与数理统计专业博士生导师。南开大学概率论与数理统计专业博士毕业，国家海洋技术中心海洋环境监测专业博士后出站。主持完成国家自然科学基金4项，在研国家重点研发计划课题一项。在《IEEE Trans. on Information Theory》《IEEE Trans. on Cybernetics》《IEEE Trans. on CSVT》《Optics Letters》《Ocean Engineering》《Science in China Series A》等国内外核心学术杂志和计算机领域会议《ECCV》《ICCV》发表论文150余篇，其中已发表论文70余篇被SCI检索，40余篇被EI检索，获授权发明专利7项，指导博士23人，硕士52人。
